Terve Löyly is a six-weekend course in saunottaminen, the Finnish tradition of sauna hosting with folk-healing roots, at Sipoonjoen perinnesauna in Sipoo, near Helsinki, from January to September 2027. Laura Foon, known as Sauna-Akka, leads the teaching, in Finnish.

Students learn whisking, the use of peat, herbs and honey, massage in the sauna, sauna incantations and seasonal rituals, practice on clients and finish with individually scheduled demonstration treatments. Each weekend opens on Friday evening with a smoke-sauna ceremony.
