The Deutscher Sauna-Bund's 78-hour Saunameister course, taught in German, runs in Wangen im Allgäu in November 2026, in Bielefeld in February 2027 and online and in Herford in spring 2027.

The Deutscher Sauna-Bund, Germany's sauna association, teaches its Saunameister course in German over 78 lesson hours. There are no entry requirements, and the course ends with an exam and a Sauna-Bund certificate.

Topics include the bathing routine, aufguss and waving techniques, physiology, indications and contraindications, hygiene and sauna technology. The next runs are in Wangen im Allgäu in November, at the association's Bielefeld office in February, and online with four days at H2O Herford in March and April 2027.
