Aufguss Creations, the Dutch training company of 2025 world singles champion Sigrid van Rijswijk, runs two one-day workshops in English at Sauna Embricana in Emmerich am Rhein, Germany, just over the Dutch border.

The Advanced Waving Workshop on November 13 covers modern waving techniques, transitions and choreography to music, with seven hours of waving in a mirrored hall. The Storytelling Workshop on December 12, with van Rijswijk and Ashley Fijma, covers how to structure a story aufguss, use props and hold a room's attention.
