Sauna Fusion is a three-day course from Sauna Master UK for people stepping into the role of sauna guide, held at Wild Spa Wowo near Sheffield Park in East Sussex. It runs four times between November 2026 and June 2027, for small groups.

It covers aufguss technique, leaf whisking and nature-based ritual, practice leading sessions in the sauna with live feedback, and designing and holding sauna ceremonies of your own. The November and March runs have waiting lists; April and June are open.

Event details: Wild Spa Wowo, near Sheffield Park, East Sussex (TN22 3QT). November 1 to 3, 2026; March 2 to 4, April 18 to 20 and June 6 to 8, 2027. £495.
