Laura Foon, who leads traditional sauna-host training in Finland, teaches saunotus, the Finnish sauna ritual, over three days at Wild Spa Wowo in East Sussex, September 13 to 15, 2027. Sauna Master UK organizes the course.

It covers the first and last löyly, herbal löyly, birch vihta in a group ritual and guiding a sauna meditation. On the third day, each participant hosts a saunotus.
