Revivery's REV-1 instructor training runs December 6 to 8, 2026, at Revivery Westchase in Oldsmar, Florida, near Tampa. It trains people to lead guided sauna and cold-plunge sessions, and it starts with an online foundations course.

The second day includes essential-oil protocols and aufguss, and the third ends with a practicum in which each trainee leads a complete guided session. Breathwork and facilitation run through all three days. Graduates receive Revivery's REV-1 Certified Instructor credential and 30 CrossFit continuing-education credits.
