The XIX International Sauna Congress runs September 24 to 26, 2026 in Oslo, Norway, hosted by the Norwegian Sauna Association on behalf of the International Sauna Association (ISA). The Congress is biennial and is where the scientific, medical, and commercial-standards communities converge on the same agenda.
