The NAHB International Builders' Show runs February 2 to 4, 2027 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, co-located with the NKBA Kitchen & Bath Industry Show as Design and Construction Week. The show projects 78,000 building professionals, more than 27,000 organizations and more than 1,700 exhibitors. Registration opens September 1.
Why It Matters for Sauna
IBS and Pool Spa Patio Expo reach two different American buyers, and the difference decides which one a sauna brand should work.
PSP is the distribution room: pool builders, spa dealers, service companies, the channel that already sells water. IBS is the specification room: production homebuilders, remodelers, architects and designers deciding what goes into a house before it is built. A sauna that gets specified at IBS enters the drawing. A sauna that gets picked up at PSP enters a dealer network. European manufacturers building a US presence generally need both, and they are nine months apart.
The Brands This Calendar Is About
The US trade-show season matters because of what our coverage already shows the brands doing. Mondex is running a patient push into the US with Finnish-made heaters. Saunum brought Air Perfect to the US. Harvia is integrating ThermaSol, which is an American brand with American distribution. Sauna360 spent part of this year recalling Tylö units in the US. And every one of them is exposed to tariffs on imported sauna equipment, which is the cost pressure that makes a US dealer network worth building in the first place.
Those are the reasons a European heater maker books a US booth. Which of them actually exhibits at IBS 2027 is a separate question, and one with a public answer: the show runs an exhibitor directory. SaunaNews will not carry booth claims that are absent from the official exhibitor record, the same standard we apply to Pool Spa Patio Expo.
