SANNA! 2026 in Rõuge
Families across Rõuge Parish open private home saunas for three days, ending with more than 100 people whisking together beside Estonia’s deepest lake. A regional tourism program built from homes, not a purpose-built venue.

SANNA! 2026 runs October 9 to 11 across Rõuge Parish in southern Estonia. Local families open private home saunas by arrangement, turning household heat rooms into a distributed public program for one weekend.
The closing event is the Grand Whisking Festival at 11 a.m. Sunday on Lake Rõuge Suurjärv. The organizer says Estonia's largest sauna tent holds more than 100 people for a shared whisking session, with the lake used for cooling.
