Auroom Wellness introduced its Outdoor Spa Concept at Interbad in Stuttgart, combining traditional sauna and infrared heat with a steam room and shower. A separate VelEira ice bath adds the cold plunge.
The Estonian manufacturer spent nearly two years developing the concept before its debut at the October 6–8 trade fair, where it exhibited with the new Estonian Sauna Trust. Auroom shared a closer look at the display on October 9.
A compact display for up to six
The exhibition model’s specification placard lists room for up to six people and dimensions of about 7 feet 3 inches by 12 feet 2 inches by 8 feet 11 inches. Those figures describe the display model; Auroom says future projects can vary in size and layout.
Thermally modified ash lines both the exterior and interior, with dark thermally modified alder benches inside the sauna. The rounded woodwork frames large windows and glass doors, with black powder-coated aluminum frames and clear, tempered double glazing.
Choose the combination, then plan the space
Auroom’s Outdoor Spa product page describes a project tailored to each garden or terrace. Buyers can start with a sauna and ice bath or include a steam room and shower. Dimensions, materials, equipment and installation scope are determined for each project.
The company coordinates cladding, colors and details across the sauna and ice bath, and plans the routes between them with space to pause. The VelEira cold plunge, introduced earlier this year, has an integrated chiller and can stand on its own or be recessed into a terrace.
Auroom has not published a price or a U.S. launch date for the concept.
