ThermoWood® in Sauna Design: Insights from Saunologia streams Tuesday, September 1, at 6 p.m. EEST (11 a.m. EDT, 8 a.m. PDT). Lunawood hosts the online session with Dr. Lassi A. Liikkanen, Finnish sauna designer, author, and founder of Saunologia, and Matias Laaksonen, Lunawood's design and product manager.
The webinar covers how wood selection affects surface comfort, safety, atmosphere, maintenance, and long-term performance as sauna interiors cycle through heat and humidity. The program focuses on Lunawood ThermoWood®, including low thermal conductivity, dimensional stability, resin-free material, and chemical-free thermal modification. Advance registration is available through Demio. Lunawood has not posted a fee, capacity limit, or session length on the registration page.
