Seattle Sauna Festival runs November 7 and 8, 2026, at the National Nordic Museum, 2655 NW Market Street in Ballard. Both days run 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The festival brings together saunas from across the region, each with its own design and heat style, alongside cold plunges, live music, cultural performances and Nordic-inspired food and drink. Sauna operators listed by the organizer include Hot Rocks Sauna Club, Willamette Sauna Haus, PNW Mobile Spa, Evergreen Sauna and Tempo Sauna.
Tickets are sold in advance, either as a 90-minute general session or an all-day pass. Attendees must be 18 or older, or 13 to 17 with a parent. Swimwear is required, guests sit on a towel in the saunas, and a robe and footwear are required inside the museum.
