The Sauna Herbal Cup 2026 World Championship runs November 25 to 29 in the Sauna World at Aquapalace Prague in Čestlice, just outside Prague. Sauna masters from 19 countries, qualified through national rounds held across the year, compete in two categories: herbal sauna rituals and peeling procedures.
Competition rituals run every day of the event, and the finals are scheduled for November 28. The program also includes sauna ceremonies and workshops, demonstrations in the outdoor saunas, Roman baths and oriental relaxation areas, and a sauna market.
Spectators attend with a Sauna Herbal Cup ticket, sold through Aquapalace Prague as one-day, multi-day and all-inclusive packages. The competition is run with the Czech Sauna Association (Česká asociace saunérů).
