Help for owners, architects and general contractors building a commercial sauna from factory-made modular rooms: design integration, procurement, freight, and installation support.

We work with your architects and MEP engineers during schematic design, using the manufacturer’s AutoCAD (DWG) drawings of the modular sauna units. The slab, the electrical rough-ins and the exhaust paths can then be planned around the sauna before construction starts.
We also help specify surface materials, from thermo-treated aspen inside the room to high-pressure laminate (HPL) exteriors for outdoor units.

We handle communication with the factory, so your commercial requirements are written into the order from the start: snow loads for outdoor units, ADA access, and bench substructures built for high humidity, such as aluminum frames.

We coordinate freight from the factory in Europe to your US job site: ocean freight for most schedules, air freight when the schedule needs it.
That covers customs clearance, duties and tariffs, and final-mile delivery of the flat-packed crates to your loading dock. The duty rules change often, and our Trade coverage follows them.

Modular rooms are designed to be assembled by a general contractor rather than a specialist sauna builder. We give your contractor the manufacturer’s step-by-step assembly instructions.
For a complex room, or a contractor’s first sauna, we can arrange remote technical support or an on-site supervisor for the assembly.
